A day
trip (11-hours) with an 8-person tour group from Zagreb, Croatia went to
Slovenia. We toured the highlights of their
capital, Ljubljana, and the lovely Lake Bled, nearby, at the base of the Julian
Alps. It took 2 hours to get to the capital city of Ljubljana then another hour
to reach the pretty little Lake Bled. Slovenia is the 11th smallest country and
compares in size to our state of Massachusetts. Slovenia may be best known to
Americans as the home country of Melania Trump.
